A very interesting and intriguing picture, with a person seemingly based on the Medieval plague doctors walking through a forest of trees.
The ink-work on the trees is visually spectacular and certainly helps to pull the whole picture together around the lone figure, though even the trees may be alive since we can see a face in the far left tree.
The lone figure is a very interesting specimen with patterned legs, swirled shorts and a wonderfully-designed overcoat.
The colouring adds an extra layer to the whole piece by not only creating significant emphasis around the figure and their staff but also to the face in the tree.
Overall, the artists, adkind, has used an interesting technique to create a picture that draws the viewer in, with more details revealed after looking just a little bit closer, such as the inside lining of the coating and the face of the tree, while also keeping the overall picture intact. As said at the start, a very interesting and intriguing picture.
